Our Mechanical Dust Collector (MDC) is a highly efficient air pollution control device designed for solid particulate filtration in solid-fuel-fired boilers. It is widely used with Steam Boilers, Thermic Fluid Heaters, Hot Air Generators, and Furnace Systems to minimize dust emissions and maintain a clean working environment.

The MDC works on cyclonic separation where the dust-laden flue gas enters the chamber and centrifugal force separates the heavier particles. Clean air exits through the outlet, while dust settles at the bottom hopper for disposal.
